We are preparing for Ella Langley's 2026 Dandelion Tour, a production that celebrates her artistic growth, authenticity, and rise from opening for major acts to headlining arenas across the country. This show will feature a large-scale touring production, and we are expected to maintain the highest standards of professionalism and safety.

Required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

All crew members are required to report to work with the following PPE:

• Hard Hat

• Steel-Toe Safety Shoes

• Work Gloves

• Multi-Purpose Tool (Leatherman or equivalent)

Crew members not wearing the required PPE may be removed from the work area until compliant.

Safety Expectations

• Follow all Antares Staging & Rigging and Global Stage Techs safety policies.

• Adhere to the company Written Safety Program at all times.

• Maintain situational awareness and communicate hazards immediately.

• Use proper lifting techniques and request assistance when needed.

• Stay clear of suspended loads.

• Inspect all equipment before use.

• Report unsafe conditions, incidents, or near misses to your supervisor immediately.

Safety is everyone's responsibility. Our goal is a successful load-in, show, and load-out with zero injuries and zero incidents.
