CREW NOTICE – BRAD PAISLEY

Venue: Hilliard Center Arena

All crew members assigned to this event are required to report fit for duty and ready to work.

Required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Hard Hat, Steel-Toe Work Boots, High-Visibility Safety Vest (if required by work area), Work Gloves, Multi-Purpose Tool,

Any additional PPE required for assigned tasks

All personnel must comply with the Antares Staging and Rigging Inc. Work Safety Program Policies and Procedures, including OSHA regulations, venue safety requirements, and all instructions from supervisors, department heads, and tour personnel.

Crew members are expected to:• Arrive on time and prepared for work• Maintain a professional attitude at all times• Follow all fall protection, rigging, electrical, and material handling safety procedures• Immediately report any unsafe conditions, incidents, or injuries to a supervisor• Keep work areas clean and free of hazards• Follow proper chain of command and communication procedures

Failure to report with required PPE or failure to follow safety policies may result in removal from the job site.

Safety is everyone's responsibility.
